On the 11th of May visited another location suggested by the local coleopterists — Budanova Gora, a developing butte hill just southwest of Saratov.
The goal of the trip was Dalmatian Ringlet (Proterebia afra). It was achieved as soon as I stepped off the train. There were thousands of them!
